Prices per square meter of the provinces in the Attika region

During November 2025, the asking price for properties for sale in the Attika region was highest in the province of Athens - South, with € 4,108 per square meter. On the opposite, the lowest price was in the province of Piraeus suburbs with an average of € 2,185 per square meter.
During the same month, the asking price for rental properties in the Attika region was highest in the province of Athens - South, with € 13.81 per month per square meter. The lowest price instead, was in the province of Argosaronikos islands, with an average of € 7.39 per month per square meter.
