Prices per square meter of the provinces in the Epirus region

During November 2025, the asking price for properties for sale in the Epirus region was highest in the province of Preveza Prefecture, with € 1,959 per square meter. On the opposite, the lowest price was in the province of Arta Prefecture with an average of € 923 per square meter.
During the same month, the asking price for rental properties in the Epirus region was highest in the province of Ioannina Prefecture, with € 8.04 per month per square meter. The lowest price instead, was in the province of Thesprotia, with an average of € 6.20 per month per square meter.
