During November 2025, the asking price for properties for sale in the Central Greece region was highest in the province of Evia, with € 1,584 per square meter. On the opposite, the lowest price was in the province of Aetolia & Acarnania with an average of € 1,126 per square meter.
During the same month, the asking price for rental properties in the Central Greece region was highest in the province of Evia, with € 7.24 per month per square meter. The lowest price instead, was in the province of Evrytania, with an average of € 5.18 per month per square meter.
