Prices per square meter of the provinces in the Central Greece region

During December 2025, the asking price for properties for sale in the Central Greece region was highest in the province of Evia, with € 1,605 per square meter. On the opposite, the lowest price was in the province of Aetolia & Acarnania with an average of € 1,149 per square meter.
During the same month, the asking price for rental properties in the Central Greece region was highest in the province of Evia, with € 7.17 per month per square meter. The lowest price instead, was in the province of Evrytania, with an average of € 5.10 per month per square meter.
