BERMION ATEE

The company was founded as VERMION Concrete Factory in 1984 by K. Megalos and A. Gravas. At that time, the company was engaged in selling ready-mixed concrete in the Larissa region. In 2000, it was acquired by the entrepreneurs I. Roupakias, D. Mantikas, and I. Kravaris, who were already active in the construction sector as well as in property development and operation of parkings. Within this framework of previous activities, the main strategic objectives in the following years were construction of public and private projects, acquisition and development of real estate, and finally, participation in other companies with similar objectives. With the completion of the acquisition, the procedures for registration in the Register of Contractor Enterprises began, and in 2000, it was registered under number 16307 and category E certificate class. With the change in the law in 2002, the certificate became class G based on the new rankings. Aimed at continuous strengthening of the construction sector, an upgrade to class D was made in 2005 and an upgrade to class E in 2013. Our ambition is for the company's certificate to become class 6 in the coming years. Today, we undertake projects throughout Greece with responsibility and consistency, thanks to our organized network with specialized personnel and excellently trained engineers of all specialties. The company's goal is to offer the customer integrated construction solutions, fully tailored to their personal needs and in accordance with current regulatory frameworks.
