Just an hour by boat from the port of Lavrio - only half an hour away from El.Venizelos Athens Airport. The house is located in Koundouros - that's one of the most popular beaches on the island - and is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a small private beach 300 meters below the house for those who can take the heat on the way back! It is a 125 square meters two-story stone house with 3 bedrooms that accommodates 8 people, has 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with a stunning view of the Aegean sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dish washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, etc. There is a stone BBQ just outside the kitchen with easy access to the main veranda that has a large antique wooden table and can easily accommodate a party of 100 people! The living room has a fireplace, music station, television and opens out to a porch with sunbeds from where you can enjoy amazing sunsets every night. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms fully equipped and all have air conditioning although hardly needed. The two bedrooms in the front open out to yet another veranda with the same stunning view of the sunsets.
