Two furnished country houses, characterised traditional and preserved by the ministry of environment and with a GNTO (EOT) licence Plot area: 160,64 sq.m. Existing Infrastructure: Guesthouse 1 of 94.73 sq.m. & Guesthouse 2 of 76.82 sq.m. Guesthouse 1 consists of a 60.85 sq.m ground floor which includes a kitchen - living room, a toilet, a double bedroom and a courtyard of 30.03 square meters. On the 33,88 sq.m first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a balcony terrace of 20.31 sq.m. Guesthouse 2 consists of a 51.87 sq.m ground floor in which there is a kitchen - living room with a double bedroom and a bathroom. The yard has an area of 7.54 m². The first floor of 24.95sq.m includes a single bedroom. The 1st floor terrace has an area of 21.84 m². They are build from stone, both fine examples of Cretan rural architecture, were characterized traditional and preserved by the ministry of environment, renovated and transformed into two separate "loft syle" guesthouses that offer their guests the comforts of a contemporary accommodation. Both guesthouses are located in the heart of Listaros village. For their renovation the basic construction materials - wood and stone - were used. The original plain cubic form of their architecture was maintained in order to preserve the “character” of a typical cottage house of the broader Mesara region . At the same time, a lot of attention was paid so as to equip them with all luxuries comforts that meet the high standards of a modern accommodation. Bothe houses have balconies on the floor. Each guesthouse is furnished and equipped with air-conditioning, electrical heating, satellite television, stereo, fully equipped kitchen.
