The neighborhood is family oriented & safe with low rise buildings, easy access to all transportation, main road, small cafes, shops, supermarkets, food, Nafplio port & old city. Short drive to the Karathona & Arvanitia beaches. It is available partially furnished or empty. House Rules: - We kindly ask all our guests to respect the building and public rules. - Tenants will be responsible for any physical damage to the apartment, electronic devices/appliances during the rental. (All will be checked to be fully operational and please report any problems within first 48h). - Apartment annual insurance certificate will be needed, for your own coverage. If you are uncertain how to operate something, please request assistance in advance or check online for model specifics. - Pets upon request (as we need to coordinate with the 1st floor owners) Waste disposal handling: Public garbage collection bins are located at the street. Recycling in the appropriate public bins. Public Silence Hours: According to the Police Order 1996 the general public silence hours (in these hours you have to respect others by keeping loud noises to minimum) are the following: - Summer period* from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 7:00. - Winter period** from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30. * Summer period shall be the period from April 1 until September 30. ** Winter period shall be the period from October 1 until March 31. If interested for short 3 month summer rental (email me) - The lease (your choice) is 3 or 6 months + 1 month guarantee or annual (12 months). - The rental terms depend on the tenants' employment status. - A 1 month deposit will be required (refundable) as a caution. Delivery-Redelivery apt condition/inventory same-same. A good landlord is looking for a good tenant :-)
