BOTH PROPERTIES ARE RENTED 1500 EUROS PER MONTH PLUS UTILITY BILLS FROM NOVEMBER 2023 TO APRIL 2024. For the summer season the rent is 45.000 euros for villa Lucia and 55.000 for villa harmony
