However, the main asset of the house is the overall vast living area of almost 300 sq.m. around the pool including the in-house living area, as more than 80 people can have simultaneously seated diner and entertain themselves in this area. This exceptionally inventive idea of the American ex-owner is not to be found in any villa in Paros (or elsewhere) except for hotels.
