The maisonette will be available from September 2025. At the front of the house we find the swimming pool as well as a large yard that allows you to enjoy the hot summer sun or relax on a covered terrace before the main entrance. The ground floor of the maisonette includes the kitchen and living space as well as a bathroom with washer-dryer. An internal staircase leads to the central floor, which has been designed as an extremely spacious bedroom. It has large balconies on three sides as well as a large covered terrace with impressive views over Lake Kournas. The central staircase leads to the top floor, where we find a beautiful breakfast area with an exit to a balcony that overlooks the sea. The entire floor has warm oak floors and includes a main bathroom with shower as well as three bedrooms, one of which has an additional en-suite bathroom. The owners repaired and furnished the property with special care in order to make it an excellent choice for your long-term stay. The lake of Kournas is only 500 m from the location and has a beach, where you can enjoy swimming in the summer as well as the beautiful hiking trails around it. There are also taverns with well-known traditional food. The area is verdant and excellent for those who love nature and greenery. The long beach of Kavros is 5 to 10 minutes' drive away and offers countless crowded beach bars or extremely quiet spots. Within 10 minutes' drive is also the seaside, picturesque small town of Georgioupolis, where you will find all kinds of shops and services. The cities of Chania and Rethymnon are 45 and 25 minutes' drive, respectively.
