Xenonas "Alexandra's Coffee House": Rental per day 60 euros/ Minimum reservation 3 days. Your accommodation at Alexandra's Coffee House is in a renovated stone building where villagers used to gather to drink their coffee and exchange views on their daily lives, in the center of the traditional village of Volime, Zakynthos. The name we gave to the accommodation is that of our Mother Alexandra, who maintained this space and offered coffee with a good conversation and a generous smile to her villagers. This Smile, in her honor, we want to be immortalized and that you can feel it during your stay here. Our accommodation is a single space of 40 sq m. with a private bathroom. In this space there is a double large bed with new comfortable mattresses and vintage sheets with lace, made with traditional hand crochet! Wardrobe, where you will be able to find extra sheets, towels, hair dryer, electric iron, mini ironing board, etc. There is a sofa and TV, board games (backgammon, deck of cards) books, to spend your hours of rest and entertainment happily. There is a full kitchen with electric stove, oven and utensils (pot, pan, baking tray, teapot, colander, cheese grater, etc.) to cook. Also dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs and a table with chairs to sit and enjoy your drink or food. There is a washing machine that you can use for free to wash your clothes. Electric iron to iron your clothes. We provide you with an electric kettle to make your drinks. Microwave, Multi Chopper and refrigerator at your disposal. Air conditioning and Internet that you will be able to use free of charge for your comfortable stay. We also provide you with our recently upgraded courtyard, with table, hammock and armchairs. We are located 3 km from the famous tourist attraction of Zakynthos with thousands of visitors every year, the Shipwreck of Zakynthos. In the same area, around and next to the Shipwreck, there are historical religious monuments of our country, the remains of Kato Ai Giorgis of Krimna (15th century), the Monastery of Agios Georgios of Krimna, which was created in 1562, the Cave of Agios Gerasimos, which Agios Gerasimos built with his own hands, the mosaic workshop that the fathers of the Monastery operate today. In a quiet neighborhood in the center of the Village of Volimes, where our accommodation is located, at 50 m. there is the historical traditional church of Agia Paraskevi, at 30 m. the stone-built traditional church of Agios Theodosis, which the visitor admires their decoration, their wonderful hagiographies, their wooden and stone-built iconostasis. At 50 m. from our accommodation, there is a Mini Market where you can buy the necessary things, a Cafe to enjoy your coffee - refreshment, at 150 m. Bakery to buy and enjoy traditional bread and the famous rusks of Volima. Next to the Bakery there are Restaurants and shops that have woven, knitted, ceramics with the taste and passion of the Volimatians. At 6-9 km from the accommodation, there are many wonderful beaches, the Blue Caves stand out - one of the most famous natural attractions of the island, from peculiar geological formations that have created a series of caves and owe their name to the special reflections of blue and blue that the water takes inside them - also there in some remote caves towards Navagio, the endangered monk seal Monachus Monachus finds refuge and is a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset over the rocks, don't forget.. this beautiful area needs to rent a boat to enjoy it and take a bath.
