At the Giatrelos House holiday home 3 km from Shipwreck, the rental is 50-70 euros per day depending on the season / with a minimum reservation of 3 days. We are located in Volimes and the area is 36 sq m., A whole house renovated in 2025, at your disposal, with a bedroom, bathroom and an open-plan kitchen-dining-living room. In the bedroom there is a double large bed with a new comfortable mattress made in 2025, Wardrobe, where you will be able to find extra sheets, towels, a hairdryer, an electric iron, a mini ironing board, etc. In the open-plan kitchen-living room there is a sofa and a TV, board games (cards) and books, to spend your hours of rest and entertainment. In our full kitchen there is a new electric stove with oven and all the utensils (pot, pan, baking tray, kettle, colander, cheese grater etc.) to cook. We provide you with an electric kettle to make your drinks, a coffee maker for espresso - cappuccino coffee, a toaster for your toast and a refrigerator at your disposal. Also, dishware, cutlery, glasses, mugs and a table with chairs to sit and enjoy your drink or food. Air conditioning and Internet that you will be able to use for free for your comfortable stay. In our bathroom you will find shampoo, hair conditioner and body shower gel, there is also a washing machine that you can use for free for washing your clothes. We also provide you with our recently upgraded yard, with a table and armchairs. There you can relax, sunbathe and admire some of the restored family vases and utensils that have a lifespan of over 100 years. We are located 3 km from the famous tourist attraction of Zakynthos, the Shipwreck of Zakynthos. In the same area, around and next to the Shipwreck are historical religious monuments of our country, the remains of Kato Agios Georgios of Krimnon (15th century), the Monastery of Agios Georgios of Krimnon which was created in 1562, the Cave of Agios Gerasimos which was built with his own hands by Agios Gerasimos, the mosaic workshop which is currently operated by the fathers of the Monastery. In a quiet neighborhood in the center of the Village of Volimes, where our accommodation is located, at 60 m. there is the historic traditional church of Agia Paraskevi, at 40 m. the stone-built traditional church of Agios Theodosis that the visitor admires their decoration, their wonderful hagiographies, their wooden and stone-built iconostasis. At 60 m. from our accommodation, there is a Mini Market where you can buy the necessary things, a Cafe to enjoy your coffee - refreshment, at 150 m. a Bakery to buy and enjoy traditional bread and the famous rusks of Volimes. Next to the Bakery there are Restaurants and shops that have woven, knitted, ceramics with the taste and passion of the Volimes. At 6-9 km from the accommodation, there are many wonderful beaches, the Blue Caves stand out - one of the most famous natural attractions of the island, from peculiar geological formations that have created a series of caves and owe their name to the special reflections of blue and azure that the water takes inside them - also there in some remote caves towards the Shipwreck, the endangered monk seal Monachus Monachus finds refuge and it is a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset over the rocks, but don't forget... this beautiful area needs to rent a boat to enjoy it and take a swim.
