The traditional stone house is located in the picturesque village of Pirgou (Pyrgou), 20 minutes drive from Heraklion. It was built around 1900 and restored from 2007 to 2010 to modern standards, while retaining all traditional elements. The outside entrance leads into the high walled courtyard planted with trees. From there you enter the country-style kitchen-diner with a central wood-burning stove. Between the kitchen and the bedroom, cleverly positioned, is the bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub. The bedroom also has its own exit. A wooden staircase leads to the large living room on the upper floor with a gallery and gallery, suitable as an office, library and guest bed. From the living room you go out onto the terrace with a panoramic view. On the terrace is the entrance to the guest room with its own toilet and sink.
