It has solar water heater, air-conditioning (cool and heat) and an electric oil-radiator for heat. A very large corner balcony (approx 20sq m). A south-west aspect, with sea views to the South and stunning sunsets behind the mount Pelion to the West. This orientation is the best for all day long natural warmth from the sun in the winter (when the sun is low on the horizon), and avoiding the heat in the summer (when the sun is high on the horizon). It also has awnings on both aspects for extra shade on the balcony in the summer. The supermarkets MyMarket and AB Vassilopoulos deliver to Malaki, as may some other ones. The loveliest souvlaki and grilled meats can be ordered and delivered from Edesma in the nearby village of And Lehonia for dinner in the evening (except Sundays) and mouthwatering home cooked food and grilled meats from Saghanis in Kato Lehonia for lunch at noon. Even though the flat had a fully equipped kitchen with a large mini oven with three hobs, grill and oven function (unfortunately not fan assisted). The rent is 280€ per commencing month for annual contracts.
