The house is located in the central square of Arnaia. Arnaia is a mountainous village with renovated mansions at the foothills of Mount Cholomontas, in a scenic landscape full of forests and flowing waters. It is easily accessible from Thessaloniki, about 72 km away, roughly an hour. The house is just a minute from the village’s main square, where the National Bank and the Historical Folklore Museum are located. The house has a new roof and new gutters installed. Internally, it needs renovation.
