The house is situated in the housing area of Nea Peramos- Attica, in Akrogiali settlement, and it's semi-finished at the bricks phase. The house consists of an elevated groundfloor (42 m2), 1st floor (38 m2) and basement (61.5 m2). Interior walls of all rooms have been completed with all openings of doors and windows. All stairs (interior/ exterior) have been completed as well. The basement is implemented as a seperate part of the house, with its own entrance through the courtyard, and no interior walls at this phase. It has full width openings towards north and south for undisturbed natural lighting and ventilation.
