In 2021, I purchased this bakery, described by third parties as historic – a project with soul – in the idyllic village of Agios Konstantinos, on the north coast of the Greek island of Samos, not far from the lively town of Kokkari. In 2022/23, I received building permits for two maisonette apartments with approximately 140 square meters of living space. The property, about 100 meters from the harbor promenade, has a footprint of approximately 200 square meters. Above the house, on the hillside, there is a small garden, and there is also the possibility of two parking spaces for your cars or, if desired, your boat.
