Designed according to the standards of the Passive Building which ensures a high quality of the internal environment with almost zero energy consumption in winter and summer. The construction of the building will be done with a reinforced concrete frame while it will have a filling wall made of natural materials (stones) and thermal insulation. The exterior will receive either a thermal facade with ready-made white coating, or, where this is synthetically required, external walling with stones. The type of stones that will be used will be the typical beige stone of Paros in a semi-polished arrangement. Our effort aims at using local techniques and construction for the best possible aesthetic result. The maximum height of the building from the final developed ground throughout the project does not exceed 5.80m. The residence is developed on two levels (ground floor and 1st Floor) • Ground Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, WC (can also accommodate a shower) and Storage Room. • 1st Floor: 2 Bedrooms (one with balcony), Storage Room and Bathroom or 2 en suite. • Surrounding area: Swimming pool, Pergola and garden with autonomous use of 185 sq.m.
