This is a detached house located just 15 minutes from Ierapetra and only 5 minutes from Pachia Ammos. It is my personal holiday home, which I am offering for rent at an affordable and negotiable price. The house is a simple, prefabricated-style countryside residence, ideal for a relaxed stay close to nature. It is situated next to privately owned cultivated fields, where there may be mild agricultural activity during the daytime, offering an authentic rural atmosphere. Due to its construction, the house has a more natural indoor temperature feel; however, it is equipped with two air conditioning units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), ensuring comfortable heating in winter and cooling in summer. The house consists of two main areas, with the bedroom separated from the kitchen and living room. The bathroom is spacious, renovated, and located within the bedroom. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a brand-new mattress and a large wardrobe. The living area includes two large sofas (one of which converts into a bed and offers storage space), a coffee table, a smart TV, and a large dining table. The house also has a water heater. The property is available from late May / early June, depending on what suits the tenant best. The price is negotiable. I am an easygoing person and, as I do not live nearby, there will be minimal interaction between myself and the tenant. Due to its secluded location, the house offers peace and privacy for those who seek it, while occasional music or a more lively atmosphere would not disturb anyone.
