It is located in a quiet neighborhood at the top of the village of Agios Giorgos in Rachoni and is surrounded by beautiful nature with forest and stunning view. It is only 5 minutes drive to many beautiful beaches and 15 minutes from the major ports of the island. The house consists of two floors, the ground floor is an independent studio of 40 sq.m. with two adjoining beds, kitchen, bathroom. The first floor is an apartment of 80 sq.m. with two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom. Both are fully equipped to accommodate a total of 9 people (4 on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor). The two floors can be rent together or separately and the rent is adjustable according to the period and months of stay. For full season rent of the whole house for 6 months May-October the rent is 5.000€ plus 500€ deposit for electricity and water.
