this maisonette in the area of kato fellou in an amphitheater and sheltered spot overlooking Fellou beach. Its distance from the port of the island (Gavrio) is 4km and from the beach of Fellos 800m (asphalted municipal roads). The residence is autonomous and independent with exclusive use of the part of the plot on which it is built. It was designed after careful study of the local architecture.
