The underground level hosts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms are fully air conditioned.

The well designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Also, there is a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the marvelous sea view.

The villa is ideal for families or for couples and friends that want to enjoy everything Mykonos has to offer while also being able to retreat into a more private setting.

BOTH PROPERTIES ARE RENTED 1500 EUROS PER MONTH PLUS UTILITY BILLS FROM NOVEMBER 2023 TO APRIL 2024. For the summer season the rent is 45.000 euros for villa Lucia and 55.000 for villa harmony
