The house was smartly and expensively constructed for being lived by the owner’s family and it was exceptionally designed. However, the main asset of the house is the overall vast living area of almost 300 sq.m. around the pool including the in-house living area, as more than 80 people can have simultaneously seated diner and entertain themselves in this area. This exceptionally inventive idea of the American ex-owner is not to be found in any villa in Paros (or elsewhere) except for hotels. All nice and big pools of the various villas in Paros are at a distance from the house and usually at a different (lower) level.
