The house is located in a strictly residential development, 14 km from downtown Heraklion 1.5 km from the national highway, 8 min drive from the airport, on a hill with a panoramic, open view to the sea, 1.2 km from the suburb of Kokkini Chani and from sandy beaches. It seats on a1100 sq. m. fenced land (two joint lots one of which is turned into garden but can be used to build an additional house). Three bedrooms, kitchen, toilet with shower, guest toilet. Internal connection to garage, exits to garden and to veranda. The indoor pool-spa is equipped with jet for small waves, bath massage and shoulder massage. It also contains a hot tab with massage jets. It has separate water system and filtration and a special shower room with provision for steam bath. Gardens: Combination of greenery, stone. It has an oven and barbeque. Heating: a combination of in floor and special Denmark radiation controlled by six thermostats. Air-conditioning: Common area with ducted air from a rooftop unit. Individual split system air conditioning in bedrooms. Storage about 40 cubic meters. Continuous water supply connected to public service. Underground water storage of 37 cubic. Sewage connected to public system. Plumbing designed and installed by Canadian standards. Central vacuum system in both floors. Security by a sound-alarm system and cameras.
