The Villa was built on the north part of the complex (approximately 300m from the beach), thus providing the opportunity to every visitor to enjoy amazing plate views of the Saronikos Sea and the nearby islands of Poros and Aegina. The nearest port situated in the town of Lavrio (19 km away) provides a good escape way for a ferry boat ride to the islands of Kea and Kithnos, offering a taste of the Cycladic islands beauty and colors. This fully just refurbished villa is tastefully decorated in soothing tones, earthy colors and is equipped with all modern amenities. The kitchen area offers also an in-built wooden table which can seat 5 more guests. The area is ideal for guests who enjoy gatherings and like preparing dinner together. On the ground floor you will also find a guest toilet. On the 1st floor of the villa there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a rectangular bathtub. One bedroom has a lovely sea view equipped with a queen-sized bed, while the other one which can accommodate up to 3 guests, has a pool view and consists of a queen-sized Japanese style platform bed, and a fold-down sofa bed. The 2nd floor consists of a superb master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a type of office area (+ a minibar), and a large bathroom with a shower. The room offers a spectacular 180o angle sea-view. Both sea view balconies have all the necessary furniture. The villa is both naturally and technically ventilated and fully air conditioned for your comfort. There is also a laundry facility.

Outdoors the residence features a curved swimming pool with vast seating areas all around, awaiting you for a soothing dive or sunbathing while you enjoy the flower scenery of surrounding gardens, in a peaceful and privately secured environment. Relaxing sun beds with sun-proof umbrellas and a variety of luxury furniture are available around the pool as well as an outdoor dining area suited for 10 guests under a shaded pergola accompanied by a gas-fired barbeque cooking system (+ a mini bar) were guests can gather for dinner. The property is surrounded by beautiful garden landscapes offering you a taste of the Greek nature and fragrances. The villa has also an open garage which could host 1 car or an SUV. The rental price (not negotiable) includes all maintenance costs concering the pool, the garden, the elevator and sewage. Electricity and water bills are covered by the renter.
