A traditional 74m2 house with a big balkony and a amazing view at Messinian open sea ,in the traditional village Kastania Messinian Mani,a village well known for its beauty.It is at an 8km distance from the clear blue waters of Stoupa.The village is built at a 560 m altitude right under Mavrovouna of Taygetos and it is considered one of the oldest and most picturesque settlements at Messiniaki Mani with many trees, old towers and a spring right under the plane trees. It is considered the village with the greatest number of byzantine churches many of which are decorated with sublime works of byzantine paintings. The house is stone - made. It is situated at the upper village , slightly secluded having a beautiful woods of tall cypness trees at its back.It has been renovated in 2005 ( change of roof and replacement of windows with aluminum ones).It has two gardens with tall trees.You can reach the entrance of the house by car although manoeuvring is a challenge since the streets of the village are quite narrow.
