The hotel is fully reconstructed or better to say - created in 2017 with the concept “escape to the
nature and enjoy complete relaxation”, offering modern accommodation and personalized service.
It is located just in 150 meters from the sandy beach and magnificent sea,surrounded by a pine forest.
Hotel has already become the paradise place for a dream holiday in Kassandra, nearby Kriopigi village.
It is comfortable for both – families with children of any age or for couples (romantic vacations).
Land plot 5630 sq m with main buildings, garden, restaurant-bar, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool-bar,
children playground, “private” access to the beach (3-4 min walking) through the wonderful forest.
Due to current law any new constructions are prohibited in the forest and seaside zone – so, looks
like the Hotel covers all the area in front till the sea, about 15000 sqm.
3 buildings have 29 rooms (with additional room for staff), reception, buffet restaurants, kitchen and
additional premises – totally 1240 sq m
Main restaurant (kiosk with kitchen and bar, open terrace and BBQ area) can serve up to 60 guests.
There are also sauna with relaxation room, outside gym, parking slots up to 28 cars, premises for
engineering systems, storage rooms etc
Rooms
29 rooms can accommodate up to 104 guests – 4 Deluxe Suites with 2 bedrooms, 14 Family Deluxe
and 11 Double Deluxe. The interior of the hotels rooms, unique eco-style, perfectly complements with
up-to-date equipment. Renovated (furniture, Smart TVs, additional a/c etc) in 2025.
All rooms are equipped with modern furniture and appliances, shower units and necessary
accessories, and have access to a terrace/balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea (most of
the rooms), fairy-tale forest or the picturesque territory of the hotel with garden and pool. Each room
has a/c, SmartTV, WiFi internet access and a kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge and set of dishes.
