---The business was founded by Andreas C. Giannakopoulos in 1965 and since then it operated and grew successfully, being involved with land development, construction activities as well as consulting and mediating in transactions of residential and commercial properties. The business today is managed by Christos A. Giannakopoulos (M.B.A., Loyola University of Chicago) who holds specialization and great experience in investment and financial issues. Our long experience and specialized knowledge in real estate combined with the particular attention and the respect to the personal needs of the client, motivate us to continuously research the property market, to operate as advisors before and after the transaction, to manage particularly each case in order to offer the best solution according to the client’s personal demands and financial abilities and generally to serve successfully our clients throughout all the stages of the property transaction.
