Before entering the real estate sector, the founder worked for three years on ocean-going vessels as a Third Officer. This experience did not only instill professional discipline, but more importantly cultivated a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to make decisions under pressure, and a deep appreciation for consistency and hard work — values that remain at the core of his professional mindset today. Later, through his career as a real estate broker, he gained substantial market knowledge and developed the conviction that a property is not simply a product for sale, but an asset that should be approached with strategy, responsibility, and respect toward both owner and investor.
