The fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances for meal preparation, while the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washing machine. The private veranda, complete with a hammock and outdoor seating, offers a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy your time outdoors. Mimosa Urban Habitation is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 1 km from the heart of Chania. Upon arrival, the initial meter reading will be recorded jointly by the guest and the owner. The final reading will be taken either two days prior to departure or at the end of each month. The rate is €0.35 per kWh, payable in cash to the owner at the time of billing. Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 is required to cover electricity costs. Any unused balance will be refunded upon departure, while any excess consumption beyond the deposit must be settled in cash. Pets are not permitted.
