Their location is truly unique, as they are situated between two beautiful beaches: the organized Vitali Beach, famous for its crystal-clear waters, and the quiet, secluded beach of Gides. The residential complex is just 14 km from the port of Andros, Gavrio, with a travel time of approximately 35 minutes. The last 3–4 km of the route are via a dirt road, accessible with a regular vehicle, although careful driving is required. The houses have been built with absolute respect for the natural environment and maximum protection from natural elements. They feature a fully equipped kitchen, internet access, TV, washing machine, one air-conditioning unit in the living room, electric fans in the bedrooms, and private parking space. All houses offer the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic breeze from their private balconies. And if that is not enough, within just a few minutes you can find yourself on one of the two beautiful beaches located below the houses. Vitali Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on Andros. Its crystal-blue waters, combined with small colorful pebbles and impressive rock formations—ideal for diving—make it a favorite summer destination for both visitors and locals. During the summer months, a beach bar with umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as a traditional taverna, operate on the beach. For those seeking privacy and relaxation, Gides Beach is an excellent alternative. It offers the same crystal-clear waters but is more secluded and does not feature a beach bar, umbrellas, or sunbeds.
