The house is located in Koundouros - that's one of the most popular beaches on the island - and is only 5 minutes away by car. There is a small private beach 300 meters below the house for those who can take the heat on the way back! It is a 125 square meters two-story stone house with 3 bedrooms that accommodates 8 people, has 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with a stunning view of the Aegean sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dish washing machine, espresso machine, toaster, etc. There is a stone BBQ just outside the kitchen with easy access to the main veranda that has a large antique wooden table and can easily accommodate a party of 100 people! The living room has a fireplace, music station, television and opens out to a porch with sunbeds from where you can enjoy amazing sunsets every night. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms fully equipped and all have air conditioning although hardly needed.
