The estate consists of three separate houses, which are connected (see plan). Two units are equipped with two rooms and bathrooms, fully finished. The third unit can be used as a guesthouse and needs finishing. The street on which the estate is situated is a dead-end street, so no cars are passing through. The street is located in the upper part of Polychnitos and faces north, which always provides a cooling wind. The estate is a 5km/7min drive from the beach of Nyfida, perfect for cooling when the summer winds are blowing from the north. Alternatively, with other winds, the large beach of Vatera is an 8km/10min drive away. Both beaches can be used depending on the wind direction. The center of Polychnitos is a 10min walk away. Also nearby are the Polychnitos Baths and Hippocrates Thermal Springs
