Two traditional stone maisonettes are available for sale in Listaros. They are located with a common partition wall and are sold together. They are built in authentic traditional Cretan style, with natural stone and wooden floors, preserving the authentic Cretan atmosphere. They were completely renovated in 2006, they have a fireplace and preserved traditional furniture.
The first maisonette with a total internal area of 93 sq.m. consists of a ground floor (60 sq.m.) and a first floor (33 sq.m.).
