Price from November to march: Euro 1.100/month + electricity. From April the price is different. Please ask for a quote. The rental can be per day and per weeks/month. The house can welcome up to 5/6 people. Not available for full year rent. The house is on 3 levels: - at the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and window). - at the first floor, there is the kitchen with table and chairs, a large fridge and freezer and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, micro... Here is the living room with sofa bed and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and window). - at the second floor the terrace, with wide view over the old town and the landscape and a little bit over the sea, table and chairs, corner for preparimg meals with sink and sun bed, cushions, pergola, and drying rack. In the house there is: air conditioning on both floors, washing machine, satellite TV, fast wifi internet. electric heating in winter time.
