Paraskevi in about 4km each. The closest beaches are on 5km distance and they are of the best and blue flagged beaches in Calkidiki (Chrousso beach, Pefkohori beach, Agia Paraskevi). The thermal bathsof Agia Paraskevi are also in a 8km distance where someone can enjoy spa facilities. The maisonette can be sold either furnished or not.
