Our newly renovated 100 m2 apartment is stylish and minimal and it is filled with natural light throughout the day. Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms both with a double bed (160 ?200 ), with high- quality mattress and with spacious wardrobes. Also included are 1. 5 bathrooms both with shower and a brand new, fully- equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. Notably, the kitchen offers a water filtration system directly from a small tap in the sink. You can also relax in our two modern living rooms, one of which also offers a (110 Χ200 ) sleeping sofa. Furthermore, you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view from the bedrooms while from the other rooms you can enjoy the striking bay of Vouliagmeni. The apartment also offers a spacious terrace with Dedon sofas and a dining table overlooking the Vouliagmeni bay. The apartment offers a free parking space outside the house. Α bus station is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the apartment where you can take the bus to the Athens, the Piraeus port and various other locations. The whole apartment is available for our guests. You can reach it by foot in 5 ’. - You can reach the Bay of Vouliagmeni in 8 ’ which offers both free access and organized beaches like Akti Vouliagmeni and Astir Beach both of which have been awarded with coveted EU blue flags for environmental excellence.
