4th floor apartment in a very public street of Athens between 2 train stations. I just change the windows and balcony doors with new type with nets for mosquitoes.. I also changed all the radiators. The apartment comes with air-condition inverter in the master bedroom. The building has 2 lifts. The apartment has 2 entrances. One central and on from the kitchen. The second lift is across the kitchen entrance. Very comfortable very spacious. It has a storage That I currently use as utility room. It can easily turn to a wc due to the location of it is wall to wall with the bathroom. Fully functional apartment. We placed cameras on the lobby and outside for safety and their is a small TV screen that u can watch who's ringing the bell.
