Parking is no issue, as you may park your car in a field and walk 2mins to get to the house.

Two story house built in the traditional way that all houses are built in Galanado. It has a beautiful yard that gives you privacy as neighbors can't really see you. The yard has a built corner couch with a very old square marble table in the middle, an outdoor shower, a barbeque, an umbrella and an extra table for 6 people. As you walk in the house, there is a kitchen and a small living room. You go up two stairs and on your left there is a double room with a queen size bed, a closet and a bathroom next to it. On your left there is the built white staircase that leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom with two half double beds, huge closets and next to it, another bedroom with a double bed and a closet. There is another bathroom on the first floor with a washing machine to do your laundry. Both rooms have access to a white built cute balcony with a view of the village. The staircase continues to the roof terrace that has the panoramic view of the island. Blue and white are the main colors of the house. It is peaceful and quiet and this house has been built and decorated with love; so we would love and appreciate it if you took that into consideration throughout your stay.

Galanado: Our Village

. A bit further up the road you will see on your right the beautiful Belonia's Venetian Castle. Make sure you visit it. Galanado is about a 10 minute drive from the main town - "Chora", the port and the airport . And about a 15min drive from the best beaches of Naxos : Agios. Prokopios, Agia Anna, Plaka, Mikri Vigla. It is also close to beautiful villages worth visiting like Chalki.
Naxos is the biggest island in Cyclades with a lot of ancient ruins and castles built in the Venetian era. The town is beautiful: you can walk in the alleys upwards towards the castle. Visit the castle and go to a cafe bar up at the castle where you can enjoy the amazing view of the town of Naxos, the sea and the port. It’s great for sunset or cocktails at night. In the little alleys you will find beautiful stores and galleries.

Best beaches: Agios prokopios - as you look at the beach on the right side where the last lifeguard is, it is a great spot for you to go swimming! It’s amazing! It’s the 3rd best beach in Europe! The sand and the crystal blue green water are magical and you can go at that spot even if it’s windy! Mikri Vigla is a beautiful beach too!
