The student residence is an autonomous building of 900 square meters that was completely renovated in 2019 and is located at Kyriakou Matsi 7, at the 40 ekklisies, right above the Universities. It is only for students or postgraduates. It was made with love, care and international standards of student residences, as you will see in the photos. The rental price is all inclusive and includes all costs of water, electricity, heating, internet and cleaning of common areas, use of washing machines - dryers at no extra charge. Each student room is approximately 15 square meters and includes a desk, bed, wardrobe, bathroom and a small refrigerator. Kitchen, dining room, living room, TVs, are placed on all floors for common use, (ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd). The kitchens are fully equipped, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, toasters, dishes, cutlery, etc. Secure environment with CCTV system in common areas, in an autonomous building for students only.
