This stone-built house is located in the village of Platsa, one of the most beautiful and traditional villages of Mani. The location is ideal because it is only 20 minutes from Kardamyli and another from Limeni, with easy access to both Western and Eastern Mani. The house is located in such a place that it has an incredible view of both the vastness of the sea and the mountain peaks of Taygetos. Access is via a paved road that is 50 meters from the car. The existing house is about a hundred years old and in the early 2000s a new construction was added, renovating the existing one. On the ground floor we find the living room with fireplace and oil radiator, the kitchen which is open, two large bedrooms and a large bathroom of 14 sq m. There is a terrace in one bedroom of 16 sq m and just below it there is a storage room. The basement which is in very good condition and has access with its own door can be formed into an independent apartment with the possibility of also having access with an internal staircase to the main house. A good choice of house that is immediately habitable in a wonderful traditional village combining easy access to the sea with the benefits of the mountainous climate.
