The upper floor of 47 sq.m. is functional and can be used as a living space with minimal interventions, it has a bedroom, kitchen, living room, small bathroom, storage space (loft) and hall. The double entrances on each level give plurality to the layout and utilization of the spaces. The residence is located in one of the most well-preserved and well-known villages of the island, with several permanent residents, amenities and a large summer visitor population.
