The house consists of two flors, the ground flor is built by stones and the first floor by bricks and concrete. The roof and the foundations are in excellent conditions, but the house is not ready to be occupied and needs renovation. There can be two large bedrooms on the first floor with their bathrooms and a private veranda (large balcony)with fantastic view each one, and furthermore one smaller bedroom in the ground floor, where there are the traditional fire place, associated space, kitchen with traditional wood burning oven, and a bathroom. There is already an active drilling for water in the land of more than 4000 square meters, very close to the house. the gound floor lever is traditional and was built at the start of the 20th century by stones. There is easy access by car at all levels of the land, reaching just next to the house, as well as a very large covered parking space. The interesting thing is that within the land there are two more ruined stone houses and a smaller stone structure, which because they are characterized as preservable, they are now allowed to be demolished (unless they fall by themselves), but to the contrary one can renovate them in excess of the allowed 200 square meters for the size of the land. In particular the small structure can be easily resored to a guest house separate from the main house. There is high possibility to incorporate the house into the city planning system which will allow more construction in the land, if desired. The view from the house is exceptional, the full port of Gavrio and the surrounding sea, valley and mountains. The location guarantees full privacy and only far-away neighbors. The basic landscape and the internal roads are almost finished. Finally it is important that the ownership titles are fully secured by past court decisions.
