For rent for the summer season 2026, a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment (45 sq m) is located in Garitsa on the 3rd floor (without elevator) and offers a very comfortable stay for 2 people. The price I indicate is per person. So total rent for one or two people 990.00 euro/month. The lease can be at least 6 months.... I can consider 5 months too, on request... Extra only electricity, internet 25.00 euro/month, (optional) and 120.00 euro for utilities & water for 6 months.
