The finishing works on the house were completed just in July 2025. It is a luxurious property in every sense of the word, from the tiles to the lighting and furniture. Wherever there is wood (kitchen, doors, wall paneling, closets, kitchen dining table), it is solid oak, emanating a sense of luxury in the space. Starting from November, if the weather gets colder, heating can be either through underfloor heating (with a separate thermostat for each room) or with individual radiators (again, separate for each room). Especially in the case of underfloor heating, walking barefoot is an incredible experience. The outdoor dining area is covered, which means that on sunny winter days, you can sit outside for work, meals, or breakfast. The pool will remain operational and will be regularly cleaned throughout the rental period at no extra cost to you. Additionally, a cleaner is available nearby, who can regularly clean the house at your expense. The area is very quiet, as the road in front of the house leads to a dead end. There is always public parking right outside the house. Also, on the side of the pool and garden, there is no road, so it is always peaceful. Finally, there is a door from the garden-pool area that leads to Eleftheriou Venizelou street, from where you can walk just a few minutes to the coastal area of Koum Kapi and the Venetian Harbour.
