When we decided to create Otherwise smart Investments, our main concern was to approach every potential investor with responsibility, wanting to launch a more professional and honest approach to the market in general. In 2021 we decided to expand our activities in the field of Residential Real Estate. We created the Realty Department of Otherwise with the belief that we will approach this market with the same professionalism.
