We also cooperate with other major real estate agencies in Greece and abroad to provide the best and fastest possible service to our customers. “ELINON GI” provides a wide range of additional services, in order to cover the requirements of each transaction. So, besides indicating the right property, we cooperate: with qualified Lawyers specialised in Real Estate Law, to ensure the legal process as a whole, and with reputable and up to date Engineers (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical) for the technical inspection of the property before the sale and purchase. Our company’s fee is set at 3% of the value of the property sold (including all legal taxes). We also offer additional services to the buyers to fulfil all their remaining obligations. Since 2014 our company additionally offers integrated Property Management Services in luxury villas, leaving to you the obligation to enjoy them as much as you can.
