Seaside Properties Spetses is a local family business of 2 people, with 34 years of experience in real estate transactions. Our headquarters is the island of Spetses, where we have the only real estate office and we are the only ones with an online presence (website, real estate advertising platforms). Our experience in this specific, special market is unique, as is our knowledge of each individual property, since we personally know most of the property owners on the island. We have more than 170 properties for sale (June 2023) just on Spetses island, but we operate in all nearby areas of Ermionida such as Porto Heli, Agios Emilianos, Kounoupi, Ververonda, Kranidi and Hydra. My family is from Spetses, where we are permanent residents and being locals gives us the ability to view any property, any time, any day of the year.
