Recently renovated traditional stone house in Myrtia village close to the city of Heraclion 15 km away. It is situated in the middle of the village close the Kazantzakis museum. In the village there are a lot of facilities like supermarkets, tavernas, bakery, pharmacy, cafenion, cafeterias and other little shops. The house was built in 1915 and it was restored many years ago and we renovated it in 2025. There is a living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine which is used as a bedroom - a kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a master dedroom. There is a front courtyard, a back verand, a three piered orchard. The view from the verand is superb ! overlooking the beautiful countryside around and the lovely mountains across the countryside. It is furnished and fully equipped. I
