The villa is available from 1/1/2026 until 31/3/2026. The price includes the consumption of electricity, water, use of wifi, cleaning and maintenance of the jaccuzi, cleaning services once a week. It is possible to heat the jaccuzi for an additional fee. The villa is located in the historical industrial district of Tabakaria of the wider area Halepa, right above the sea, proud on the rocks and is 2 kilometers away from the center of Chania, Crete. It is an old tannery, which restored and arranged for its new use in 2025, consequently and respect to the Greek regulations of the architectural composition for the former industrial buildings in the area. It covers 120 square meters interior, has a jacuzzi in the veranta, amazing and unobstructed panoramic view towards the Cretan Sea. Alongside, it is fully equipped providing guests comfortable and relaxing accommodation.
